The GRU™ offers the Orthopaedic community a truly minimally invasive, bone preserving joint replacement.
With an anotomic femur in 6 sizes, which marries to a semi-lunar polyethylene tibial component allowing the surgeon to very accurately match the anatomy of the patient.
Even in cases where the patient has an ACL deficient knee, the surgeon can implant a large tibial component to cater for a greater than normal excursion of femur on the tibia and thus avoid edge loading.
