Operation New Life, is a Christian ministry dedicated to serving the surgical needs of the poor through partnering and educating local surgical teams.

Through establishing and operating the only teaching hospital in Honduras, Operation New Life supports six to eight yearly surgical missions, across a range of specialties including Orthopaedics.

The second opportunity to be actively involved with Operation New Life in these surgical missions was realised in March 2010. The group was led by prominent Orthopaedic Surgeon Barry Sorrells, from Little rock Arkansas
