The surgeon can choose a primary cup with screw fixation and then add a unique modular revision ring with flanges and obturator hooks that attaches to the inner aspect of the cup via morse taper as required.

This cup is plasma sprayed with a hydroxyapatite coating for primary and secondary biological fixation.
